Hi, I'm Lincoln.

I'm an aerospace engineering student at Florida State University, and I build websites for local service businesses on the side, one at a time, by hand, with the same attention to detail my engineering work demands.

I keep my process simple on purpose: a free mockup up front, a flat rate, and a fast turnaround. No agencies, no account managers, no upsells. You deal with me directly from the first email to the day your site goes live, and after, if you ever need a hand.

FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers.

I get all my customers from word of mouth. Do I really need a website?

Word of mouth is the best lead source there is. But when someone hears your name, the next thing they do is search for you. If nothing comes up, some of those referrals quietly go to the competitor who does show up. A website doesn't replace word of mouth. It catches the leads word of mouth sends you.

How much does it cost, really?

The build is a flat $499, one time, and that covers the entire site. After that, the only thing you have to pay for is the domain, which runs about $10 a year in your name. If you want me to keep the site updated for you, there's an optional care plan at $40 a month, but it's completely optional and most of the value is in the build itself.

What is the monthly care plan, and do I have to get it?

No, you don't have to get it. The care plan is $40 a month for people who'd rather not touch the site themselves. You just tell me what to change each month (new photos, prices, services, seasonal offers) and I take care of it. If you skip it, your site keeps running exactly the same, and you can always add it later or drop it whenever you want.

How long does it take?

You'll see a free mockup within a couple of days of our first conversation. Once you give the go-ahead, most sites are live in about a week.

What do you need from me?

Your business name, the services you offer, your service area, and ideally photos of your work. If you don't have good photos yet, we can launch with what you have and swap in better ones later.

What if I don't like the mockup?

Then you walk away and it costs you nothing. That's the point of doing the mockup first. You only pay when you've seen your site and want it live.

Who owns the site afterward?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and you get everything needed to move or modify the site whenever you want. I'm confident enough in the work that I don't need to lock anyone in.
